Any other use of materials on this site, including but not limited to the modification, reproduction, distribution, republication, display or transmission of the content of this site, without prior written permission is strictly prohibited, as stated in our USE LIMITATION in the preceeding paragraph.

We do not condone, encourage, or accept harassment in any manner or form, especially including via e-mail, chat, letters, and telephone. Obscene or abusive language is strictly forbidden. Impersonation of others, including our employees, representatives, other members or visitors to the site is prohibited. We also prohibit and refuse uploads, and distribution, of any content which is libelous, defamatory, obscene, threatening, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, abusive, illegal, or otherwise objectionable, or which may constitute or encourage a criminal offense, violate the rights of any party or otherwise give rise to liability or violate any law.

This site, including but not limited to text, design, graphics, interfaces, or code and the selection and arrangements thereof in its entirety is under ownership of Clean Adventures. We reserve the right to take on legal measures on suspicion of infringement to any media provided on our domain, therefor hacking is absolutely not tolerated. Providing/displaying our media elsewhere and outside of our domain without our consent, keeping in mind the exceptions mentioned in the first paragrpah of this disclaimer, is violation of our terms and conditions. Other exceptions include media displayed on our domain which is sourced from General Public/Use/License and Creative Commons sources (which do not require any disclaimer or notice of licensure), as well as other medias not produced originally by Clean Adventures - of which disclaimer, lincesure, and notices are provided by the originator with at least a link from our domain.
